  • Grape variety: 85% Negroamaro, 15% Malvasia Nera ;
  • Alcohol content: 13.50%;
  • Color: garnet red with orange reflections;

VINIFICATION

After destemming the grapes, the must ferments in contact with the skins for 7-8 days at a temperature of 24-26° C. At the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation the wine rests in French barriques for at least 6 months.
