  • Alcohol content: 14%;

VINIFICATION


After a careful selection of the grapes, they are destemmed (without pressing). The must ferments in steel tanks for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. At the end of fermentation, the wine rests in barriques for 16-18 months. Further refinement in the bottle follows for at least 3 months.
