Vecchia torre excellences 50th anniversary red IGP Salento was produced for the first time on the occasion of the important anniversary of the historic winery in Leverano. VINIFICATION


After destemming the grapes, the must remains in maceration with the skins for 8-10 days at a temperature of 24-26° C. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel, the refinement in barriques for 12 months.
