DESCRIPTION

VINIFICATION

After destemming the grapes, the must ferments in contact with the skins for 6-7 days at temperatures of 24-26°C. At the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation the wine rests in barriques for approximately 10-12 months. Further refinement in the bottle follows for at least 3 months.
