DESCRIPTION

A sparkling white wine IGP Salento that combines the tradition of the historic Vecchia torre di Leverano winery with a fresh and lively taste. Ideal to accompany fish dishes or be enjoyed as an aperitif. You can surprise your guests with Vecchia torre Briosè.

VINIFICATION

The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The must, after static clarification, is racked and selected yeasts are added to ferment at a temperature of 16-18° C. The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the traditional short Charmat method (about 3 months).
