DESCRIPTION

Known as one of the best PGI Salento wines, the award-winning Vecchia torre Tenute del Sud Rosso is the perfect expression of a red wine with a strong and full-bodied character. Produced by the historic Vecchia torre winery, this wine is the result of a careful selection of the finest Syrah grapes, guaranteeing a unique and authentic taste.

WINEMAKING


After a careful selection of the grapes, they are destemmed, the must ferments in steel tanks for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 23-24° C. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel, the refinement in large Oak barrels.
