  • Palate: soft, dry, with good persistence and harmonious elegance;
  • Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees;

VINIFICATION

The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained is cooled to 10° C to obtain a natural static decantation. It is then fermented, with selected yeasts, at a temperature not exceeding 16° C.
