Produced by the historic Vecchia Torre winery in Leverano, this award-winning Primitivo di Manduria DOP red wine offers an intense and rich taste. Known for its exceptional quality, it is perfect to accompany traditional Italian dishes.

VINIFICATION

After the manual harvest of the overripe grapes, the grapes, softly destemmed, undergo a long maceration for at least 10 days at a temperature of 24 – 26° C in steel winemakers; once the vinification and malolactic fermentation are completed, the wine ages for 8 months in fine new 225-litre French oak barriques.
