Vecchia Torre Amò Spumante Extra Dry IGP Salento Bianco is produced by the historic Cantina Vecchia Torre di Leverano, this sparkling wine offers a refreshing dryness with fruity and floral notes. Perfect for elegant dinners or to celebrate special moments.

VINIFICATION

Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must at very low temperatures (15–16° C). According to the Charmat method, through refermentation in an autoclave for approximately 40-60 days at a temperature of 13-14° C. Remaining on the yeasts for at least 3-4 months.
