DESCRIPTION

This prestigious white wine is produced by the renowned San Marzano wineries. With the IGP Salento, this Edda Bianco is an excellent choice for any occasion, offering a high-quality tasting experience thanks to its enchanting blend of flavors and aromas.

VINIFICATION

The grapes are destemmed and left in cryomaceration for a few hours. The next phase is the soft pressing of the marc followed by cold static decantation. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barriques.
