WINEMAKING
The destemming and crushing of the grapes is followed by maceration at a controlled temperature (20-22°C) for a period of 8-12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels of various capacities for approximately 6-12 months. It becomes Reserve 2 years after the harvest date.
