WINEMAKING
It is the result of the skilful steam distillation of the Negroamaro pomace used to create the prestigious Donna Lisa Salice Salentino DOC Riserva. The slow distillation and the skilful aging in wood give the grappa an elegant aroma and a velvety and persistent flavour.
