Sua majesty il Nero is one of the historic wines of the Conti Zecca di Leverano winery. Awarded many times by the most important international juries, this wine represents the oenological excellence of the region and its territory. A red wine with unique and fine flavours.

  • Grape variety: 70% negroamaro, 30% cabernet sauvignon;
  • Alcohol content: 13.50%;
  • Color: intense ruby ​​red with pleasant garnet reflections;
  • Perfumes: aroma of small red fruits and spices, light hints of vanilla and liquorice;
  • Palate: soft and harmonious with ripe tannins in a warm, rich and well-structured body, with a persistent finish

WINEMAKING

Manual harvesting and selection of grapes on a sorting table. Destemming and soft pressing. Maceration for 12-15 days at a temperature of 25°C. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Maturation in wood and further refinement in the bottle.
