Castello Monaci Passito Moscatello Selvatico IGP Salento is an excellent sweet white wine from the renowned Castello Monaci winery. Characterized by an intense and enveloping aromatic profile, it perfectly expresses the qualities of the Moscatello grape grown in the unique terroir of Salento. VINIFICATION

The harvest is done by hand in the early morning hours of the second ten days of September. A period of drying follows. After crushing and soft pressing, the grapes ferment at low temperatures in steel tanks. Aged in first-use barriques for 6 months.
